My account got unlink from my email

Im sure there some thread about their account got unlink from their email too.
Im here to looking for help too , i did email to [email protected] . But they still havent reply to me ,
Hope there staff can have a look here , and help me to get back my account .
Btw since the support is not reply to me , but the graalera staff is reply to me and said my email have two graal id.
Hope i can get help with this thread.

You sent the email, And you got an Response if nothing got fixed as far as the (problem) resend the ticket.

Sometimes they can be busy handling other stuff just give it time.

I did send one few month ago, that still havent get reply .
so last few day i send one more ,hope i can get a reply even tho i cant get back the account ....

Hmm, Not much I can really do but tell you just wait, Sometimes the Tickets can go in different places check Spam folder,

And if I may ask What’s your in-game name?

Last year, my email was also associated with two accounts. I emailed [email protected], and they were able to get everything sorted out, all I had to do was make another email and they handled it for me.

When did you send the email? If it’s been over a week, I would go ahead and send another. Also yeah, check your spam folder first, could be hidden in there

only [email protected] can get your account back,if they dont reply then wait few weeks and send another mail explaining very well what you did. staff in games can not get your account back,not even the highest position in game like manager.
