    Automatic is not a gun type...it's a gun feature.
    If a gun has a flashlight attachment it does not classify the gun as a flashlight... -.-

    There is no such thing as an "assault rifle". The proper classification for an AK47 is an automatic rifle. There is no gun(named by its producer) that is called an "assault rifle", so that term is just a term thrown around by kids playing CoD and basement dwellers. If you can find an instance of a gun manufacturer calling their gun an "assault rifle", more power to you.
