I respect your opinion but the downgrading of '13 year olds' is not necassary. Although, you have a point, don't take it that all young staff members are inexperienced and contribute nothing to the game. PRA's require certain traits such as maturity, experience and knowledge hense why i was hired. I'm in no position to argue but this is just what i feel.
