NGNL is pretty good, I only watched half of it so far. Currently I'm trying to catch up with watching Kyoukai no Kanata.
I read Mysterious Girlfriend X yesterday, 89 chapters in 24 hours xD it's really cute despite some initial weirdness. There's an anime of it too.

Blood Lad is an alright anime.
I used to love Naruto Shippuuden, but there were way too many filler episodes.
Currently watching Death Note, Another and Psycho-Pass. They're all quite excellent so far.
Also, a really good manga I'd recommend is: Wata****achi no Shiawase na Jikan. It's tragic; made me cry.
