you could at least *decide* what the rewards will be and then deal with designing/creating them whatever after, so we could at least know.

3rd time this kind of thread is being made and later gets forgotten. I'll give it a last try and repeat what I said many times:
Gang owned store:
A gang gets a small shop on the map and sells 2-3 items like a cheap melee or a hat - something that can represent their gang for the gang fans to purchase. With every sale the members will receive a percentage of profit. I suggest that such people are selected by leader. Otherwise noobs will afk on a gang's tag and earn easy money.
Gang melee skin:
A skin for a chosen by leader melee. For example if a leader chooses katana, an X amount of members who own a katana will receive a skin. Or other option is placing the skin in a gang hideout and having a special gang tag requirement in order to purchase the skin.
Additional member slots:
Being awarded 5 additional rooms for members in the gang. Suggesting that this be put for a high amount of hours. Maybe 15k at least.
Gang car:
Sounds lame at first but don't forget that these cars may have special abilities such as drive faster than the rest of era cars and perhaps you could shoot guns while driving them?
I second all of Yogy's ideas, given that the percentage of profit for the gang members in the "gang shop" idea isn't crazy high.
