I'll say this. I feel bad that you blew your EC on something didn't turn out what you had hoped it to be, but, man, it's a BLADE... It doesn't take an IQ above 80 to figure out that BLADES do not fire projectiles... You shouldn't receive a refund for several reasons: First, it goes to show you need to think before you invest in something. Secondly, it'll make a great lesson for you to not be ignorant again. And third, you were ignorant! It could have been prevented if you had just thought to yourself, "jeez, well, I want a gun, so how about I buy something other than the item that says 'blade'?"

Edit: The fact that the description says that the item comes with a SHEATH simply further proves that this is purely your fault...

I know what a blade is. But ifreeze has this item called "nobe blade" which does actually fire electrical bullets.

See the monkey with that other blue halo item?, thats the nobe blade, an item that ifreeze was awarded with, it shoots and its also a melee

Is photon blade called "photon melee"? No, nor it ever says "this is a melee dealing 9 damage". It looks like nobe blade, which once more, shoots, its called like nobe blade, which one more time cause i dont think you're getting it, shoots, then it might as well work like nobe blade, which just to make sure, shoots!

Just because the form is as the nobe blade doesn't mean it does the same thing as the nobe.
