I tried to email era support about my new situation and I was just told by era support that my account was taken away for "malicious language". WHAT? I asked them if they knew what I had said because I dont recall saying anything. And doesnt language just get you jailed? Also regarding the whole email thing, era support told me to contact graal support, graal support still doesnt respond. Checked spam folder and everything. So are they gonna tell me what "malicious language" I was using, or are we going to take away my five year old account on a baseless accusation?

Hm, I don't know what kind of "malicious language" would get you unlinked instead of jailed... I don't really even know what people can normally do to get their accounts unlinked. I really wish I could help more, but all I can really do is tell you to keep trying graal support. I'm sorry, I do wish I could help more.

I asked them if they had proof of me saying anything yesterday and they won't reply. I atleast want to know what admin personally ordered this.

Thank you for atleast answering me. They were really quick to respond to me until I asked them if they could tell me what I had said. Its been a full 24 hours now with no response on that. If they don't have proof of anything, I atleast want to know who did this to me. I want to know which admin ordered this. I want a civil discussion with this admin but I doubt theyll bother listening to me. :/
