An hour or two of sleeping is not good at all. Dude,I bet you gots bags under your eyes. All black and ugly...ew. e-e You can also lose 10% of your life if you sleep less than 8-9 hours. Drink milk before going to bed,and find a comfortable pisition to sleep in. If you don't get tired easily,today go outside and play sports all day you like so then after your dinner and shower,you'll be tired.
