Oh, I know how to read conversations. The button just seemed non-existent at the time because I was sleepy.
It's okay, you can see a full conversation when you click view conversation. I'm not sure but you may be able to comment there. I've never tried commenting on a conversation before on someones wall.

I already explained it to him. You have to message him on his wall, he won't see it on mine.
