I appreciate that you've come to me for help. That error message indicates that there are issues reaching the graal server which usually means a network problem. I wouldn't say you are IP banned or blacklisted because in order for the device to know you have been banned it needs to be able to connect to the server in the first place, and to my knowledge, that message isn't used to indicate anything of that sort.
Hello why can't I connect on era it says the game server could not be reached, Am I ipbanned or blacklisted? As far as I know I haven't done anything.
