Okay, resend your Graal confirmation email. Once you do that, log into your email and check in your inbox if you received the confirmation. If it isn't there, check your spam/junk box folder (3/5 chances are that it went in there). If it isn't there, wait 5 minutes and resend the confirmation. Now if THAT doesn't work, reboot your device, then redo the steps (Reboot your device>Send Confirmation. If it isn't there>wait 5 minutes>resend). that's all really I got man. Regards.
