Quit abusing your staff controls my thread broke no rules. Reopen it now or i will contact higher staff.

Since I can't send you a message I am going to post here. You are my last hope to get things done Ive been jailed and rejailed automatically 4 times and no one seems to have the power to unjail me. I know you are one of the hardest working staff members on era so if you want to turn me down I understand because you're probably busy.

Yo please help- I have an iphone 5s and and ipod 5, I was jailed around November 26th and I was unjailed 2 days later and everything was normal. Today I decided to log into my graal account on my ipod instead of my iphone so i can spar better but I didnt know my ipod device was still jailed because i was unjailed while using era in my iphone5s.. So im basically serving 2 jailed sentences can you fix this? Once again i was already unjailed for this 3 weeks ago and now that ive logged on my ipod im jailed again because I didnt know that being jailed on one of my devices effected all of them. Pleaseeee help. I dont feel the need to serve the same jail time twice just because I wanted to switch to a slimmer device

Earlier today, an administrator cleared my status and my name although they aren't offensive or inappropriate.

My in game name is "LYK Olymi- status" and my status wrote " I have 12 warns and im proud of it."

Can i ask, how are my name and my status inappropriate which needed to be cleared? If not, is that admin , who is not a PR , abusing his powers?

hey Anero. i posted a thread and submitted a toonslab yesterday, so far nothing has been done. The issue i'm having is that if i log out of my account that i've already served a jail term in, it will automatically rejail my IP, and no matter what account i sign back in on, i will be jailed again. I'm not sure who i need to talk to about this but i just rode out 2 jail terms for the same offense. but now i can never log out of my account without the risk of being re-jailed.

Just today, a newly hired Player Relations named Heart was laid off. I asked for the reason why and I was told that a player who seems to habour hatred toward the new PR spread rumours about the Heart, and it caused the PR to be fired. Can I know if such an event did happen? Were the sources of information reliable or just claims? Were concrete evidence provided?

Ive sent 2 emails to Toonslab Support and they still haven't done anything about it and since you're a PR I was wondering if coming to you would be a more direct approach . I have the Jail Glitch also, im having to wait 5 hours eachtime? what is the reason behind this? also how can an admin take the advice from a player that im selling items for USD Bat makes things up in era and now im glitched out and cant play anymore? Please help
