?Secret? Locked Car Shop

there is a secret room in that supermarket building to the left of airport and in the secret room there are two cars in there that you cannot buy, Ive seen some people driving them around and I?m curious on how they got them and why we cant buy it anymore. You access the room by grabbing one of the shelves which reveal a secret door btw. Sorry for no image it won?t let me upload it:(

The cars were originally for sell, they were then taken off the market for fixing or something like that I was told, but the staff redoing is are no longer on the team.

So like no other admin can work on it? :(
