Hi Community so I got jailed about a month ago was jailed for usd. Got jailed for 5 hours yes I did serve the 5 hours but it will reset to 5 hours. I've waited so far 20 hours and I just didn't even care or bother to open up Graal any more because I know it's going to do it again I submitted a ticket got no response what do I do now...

Better contact Higher staff instead duplicating Threads and posting Jailed threads are not allowed in forums :)
Serve time on ALL accounts even your unidentified account.
Yeah, the jail system is not broken. If you have trial accounts under your IP which you do, that's the problem. The jail system was never broken, people just tried to evade making the time longer. The jail system is totally fine.
