In my opionion 12 Ec's is way too much for participating. All players would love 12 EC's but the "accept noobs" phrase won't ever be an option for GST. They are lucky enough to be in gst and to no life they're way in.

They do not get 12 ec simply for participating. You got 3 ec for every round your were to participate in. They only got 12 ec if they were to win the entire thing.
