I think we should be able to refund every ec item except (tradeable ones stun gun iron breaker etc)U should be able to refund a Ec item for %50 so If I had a heal staff i didn't want i could refund it for 25 ec it seems reasonable if you ask me.

Snk, I think has already disagreed. So I don't think this is ever happening. Spend your ec wisely.
This is suggested so many times and this won't happen because snk disagree.
Nothing is really refundable except customs. I doubt they'll ever let you refund ec.
Please use the search function. There are already tons of threads on this subject and it has been stated many times that this is not going to happen. Sorry. Going to close this thread now.
