Status Code Uploads

If anyone has tried it before you know that getting a "status code" uploaded can be quite difficult because it is usually declined simply because you can only choose to upload it as a shield.

I think we need to add an upload option for "status codes."
They should cost the same as shields (2500 public / 5000 private).
For the template it would just be the same dimensions as a normal shield (152 x 80).

The only main difference being you can't wear the code like a shield it would just be stored like an icon.
