Who do I show a graphic to if my intentions are getting it into Era.

I've been working on a vehicle that can shoot (I don't want to give away too much information right now). It includes working tracks and gun animation. It is also scaled correctly. If I want to show it to someone, who do I show it to (email...PM...etc.).
