I'm thinking maybe the Famas. I've seen it become a great beast in spar. I would definitely use it for sparring.

Default Rifle, just because I have two friends that won and I use their gun skins.

Any weapon is good if you know how to use it. I used to get 100 kill streaks with my police baton back in the days. Then 200 with neo rifle, and now 200+ with Default Rifle.
Still think bar is the top gun :p
