What did I do? I got banned for no reason

So here it is
I opened my graal era app. Then BOOM! I got banned. I didnt do anything,I just opened my graal and I dont use hack,
Please Help.

I'm sorry but you have to wait out the jail time.
Either you have a third party program turned on when you are playing era or you have a really bad internet connection to the extent of the system mistaking you for hacking

Or you have someone who shares the same wifi as you that hacks

I'm the only one who plays graal here. And Our wifi's running fine. Idk why I got banned.
And Seriously? I have to wait? I got banned for NO REASON I dont use any hacking program.

If you are absolutely positive that you did nothing wrong, you could try submitting a ticket to http://support.toonslab.com/index.php?action=submit
Here state your problem and add in a screenshot of your jailed title screen.
This likely happened due to some sort of problem with your connection at that very moment in time. That thread xcloudx97 linked to above should help prevent this from happening again in the future.
