How long should I wait?

Hi Era PR,

I recently submitted an application for PR and I am wondering how long I should wait for a response before knowing that I was not accepted.
Also, how long should I wait, if I am not accepted (most likely the case here), to send another application. My guess is 2-3 months?

Well, the truth is they're only hiring more people if their community is suffering or something due to lack of staffs etc.
