Gralat Pack 2

I payed for the Gralat Pack 2, 2 Times and it took my money, but it didn't give me the gralats help me or something please.

Go to the letter to the staff sub forum.

Post the issue in the correct sub forum.

Go to the forums main page (make sure you're logged in). Click Letter to Staff then click the sub forum which fits whatever the problem or issue is. You will not find any other threads here because the only ones who can see it is the poster and the admins.

Actually this isn't really the wrong sub-forum. He needs to know who to contact, and in either one he will get an answer. But logic says that if he posts it here, others will be able to find it and fix their problems, rather than create even more threads for staff to worry about. Of course if you are trying to create more work for them...

I just said it so that in the future he wouldn't post two threads, he would contact the staff directly in the right sub forum. Also, only staff could fix this problem.
