Speedy Pizza:Pizzas Ranged Money

Just wondering if anyone can explain why usually when making Pizzas,the Gralats will be ranged?
Like its usually $14-$18 for each Pizza,the ones with full toppings,why not stay with a Main Salary Price,like i wish each Pizza with full toppings can be $18 only,but for pizzas that are not with Full Toppings will be lesser salary.I hope this is also a good idea,just waiting for someone to say if this idea is Better or Worst and whether im right or wrong.

Because if it has a stable pay range (say for example $18 being the highest pay out), people may rely only to this job thus, makin' other specific jobs less useful. (my opinion)
