Stats that was posted for quite some time. I'm not sure if it has been ninja nerfed or anything as we weren't notified. The only way to know is to ask those that frequently use the electric staffQuote:

The Water staff has an advantage because of its faster reload time, but the Electric staff has the upper hand because of the Electricity effect.
