Need a PRA, SPR, or SNK

I recently uploaded a head with a hat on it, and after being informed by a player that it was illegal I let a staff know that I had an item on it, and he refunded it for 10k; now I basically can't get another head and kinda screwed myself. He did try though but in the end couldn't, can anyone else help? I figured if I can get help anywhere it is here.
