What are some good collecting 'trails'?

Hi so I'm wondering if anyone knows any good trails for trash or mushrooms I can go over and over again? I fully understand the mechanics of how everything works (A patch gets updated every so often) I am just wondering if one trail has trash appear more or something.

I've had success with staying up far North, there's less players there so it gives the illusion that there's more trash.

Now my journey to 70k begins!

The beach to the top right hand side under gangster zone and bottom of south ridge where there is steps leading to the grass part, I usually go there to trash pick and mushroom pick :)

All around north, over fb building and near GZ you'll find a lot of trash and mush
