Well obviously you're holding a 'head' of ICE in a immature way.
Shields like this have already been made and are still currently uploaded in the game. So maybe next time champ. Just they didn't have ICE's head they have other peoples head.

Judging that you came here to ask for help on how to make a shield, I'm guessing you didn't create that image either.
Maybe you didn't see where I asked for there to not be nonsensical posts but please scroll up. Someone in my gang(nbk) made it but they need help on fixing it.
