Admins refunded my head!?

So im was afk last night and I wake up and my wifi is out, I log back in and my god damn head is gone?! I got a half refund for it, like wtf, they approved my head the first time so too bad for them If someone didn't like it its not my problem, can someone please help me out I spent my hard earned money on itunes for that oml.Attachment 30459

Submit a ticket so toonslab is aware of this, then the money should be refunded. There is nothing wrong with the head.
