Submit a ticket to http://support.toonslab.com/. Google Plus most likely has a system where you can view your transaction history like iTunes so have that ready when they ask for it. Also if its itunes, you should have gotten a receipt emailed to you. I would forward that email to whoever is working with you to solve the issue.
