Are you using your mobile data or WiFi?
Try using a different connection. If you are using WiFi, switch to your mobile network and if you are using your mobile network try switching to your WiFi. It sounds like you are having a connection issue on your end since the iEra server is up for everyone else. If you can't connect using WiFi, it probably means your Internet service providers are having a connection issue on their side or they are doing maintenance. If you can't connect using your mobile data it probably means your signal isn't strong enough.
