Guessing here.
Ramadan is the huge feast.. Right?
Hajj is when the people go around that block in the middle (Mecca?) and go for one time in their life.

Not quite sure however. If only you taught the community about it rather than posting memes that have no sort of explanation among them.

Ramadan- Ramadan lasts for a full month. During Ramadan, we fast during the daylight hours, and break our fast at sunset.

Hajj- Hajj is event is an event that every Muslim must do at least once in his/her life.

Men are only allowed to wear only TWO pieces of white cloth. Yes, only two. No undergarments allowed. Or hats. Or watches. (You get the point)

During Hajj, we circle a mosque in Mecca, Saudi Arabia called the Kaaba. (And I'm pretty sure that gives you good understanding of Hajj)
