Admins and gfx sites

I don’t know if some admins don’t know the rules and others do but when I uploaded a head they accepted it but then an hour later I did the same head just a different color they declined it...? Does the color matter? Theyre literally the same size. Attachment 32060 Attachment 32061
Also I’m looking for a upload so could you leave sites down below?

It's probably getting declined because of the pacifier in the mouth, upload rules specify that heads cannot have hats or masks, so whoever is declining the upload probably is doing it because they're thinking the pacifier qualifies as a mask.
