Has anyone ever beaten those Quests?

I see a few in-game quests here and there and I've tried doing a few but I usually get stuck.
Here's a small list:

1. HW's Ribbon, near the player uploads shop on SR
2. The "Ninja under the shop" quest (idk if this is just related to that house thing or whatever)
3. The Garlic Quest (was for halloween but I forgot what to do)
4. The Parsley Quest (collect 50 purple carnation, and npc gives you parsley but idk what it does).

Is it worth doing these?

Yoo mate these quests are dead and you cant really complete them unfortunately

Not sure why they haven’t taken those out of the game. They are at least 2 years old and can no longer be completed.

Huh. Maybe there should be a quest competition: graphics and content? Might be something new.
