I get a rank (rec and kick powers) and when I try to recruit someone It does not allow me. I don't get the Recruit to gang button. I tried retagging and I tried relogging too. Still nothing... Also try fixing the servers eh? It takes me a whole 2 minutes to load the gang members list and if you are getting raided you don't have much time to wait.
I've been having the same issue recently, thought it was because I transferred leadership a couple times.
I have not transfered leadership in my life and im still getting that isssue, also changing tags or joining gangs takes ages
If gangs are taking awhile to load, then the gang database is probably slow right now. It should pass pretty soon if it hasn’t already. This might also be what’s causing you to be unable to recruit people
It's always slow, just like the servers.

Actually this is a glitch on PC iEra. You can't rec people from the friendlist bar under. You have to press the phone, go to friends and then recruit people from there. Just found this out
