Need a gfx artist or graphics admins thoughts/improvements

I designed this gun possibly for plasma as a dart gun hence the green colour scheme

Does it need anything?
Does is need a better colour scheme?
Does the shading look good/terrible?
Does it need anything added?

Is there someone that can GIF this gun and make the green flash and the main green part at the front of the gun to spin like a machine chain gun would do I think it would look cool.
