Could auctions include public areas on Gmap that are not in used, or could be privatised?
For example, the building that was once Lokki Hats could be sold to rich players, who will assume ownership of that building. Get a LAT staff to furnish the building the owner wants and maybe place a password door for the owner's exclusive entry.

Not really seeing how removing the already limited content by making certain places exclusive is beneficial to the game.

Obviously they would be reviewed by an admin and then they would be put on sale.
The owner of the place would earn 50% of the sold item and the other 50% would be for the admin for checking if it is good or bad.
