I'm pretty sure they can. They're training to become PRs, so of course they have to learn how.
maybe they should just have a little more guidance on jailing. perhaps stick to gagging until they’ve had enough time clocked in with a senior pr. regardless, i’m getting off track. i think they’re able to as well. thanks!Quote:

They probably have rules on jailing etc, and if they're having trouble they can just ask help from other PRs.
Any and all actions and jails are checked by the trials spr. Yes they can jail but they're not free range

Yes they can. except trial PRs and PR's dont really jail per se, we warn. Some warnings will equate to an automatic jail and others will accumulate into an automatic jail
Trial prs are always supervised by spr so it's a process of formal and trustable learning
