Unable to receive verification email

Hello everyone,

I'm unable to receive the verification email on one of my accounts. I've tried using different devices and it doesn't work. But, when I try sending the verification email to my 2nd account it works so I'm not sure as to what the problem is. If anyone could help me I'd greatly appreciate it.
