Theater Idea!

Recently iEra has released a theater.

I want to know your guys opinions on having like a monthly show on that stage and preform a short sketch something mixed with comedy or anything else .
How to enter CONCEPT!:
You will have to join a gang called " iEra Theater Cast " . So only the members of that gang can enter stage .
How to get in the squad CONCEPT!:
You will have to audition or do something else .

You will have to be loyal and be on for the times when we practice the sketch .
We will have props for certain sketches .

Z room didn't have abusive powers. It was just for Ziro and mizzy's favorite suck ups to go and show off their items.

This is what your theater cast gang will turn into as well if it is created.

Once a play is ready to perform we could charge like 50 gralats or so for a player to watch it then divide the profits among the actors afterwards.

Maybe having a few gangs for it but in different time zones would be more useful than 1.

There will be nothing to show off , just there act skills. Nothing special will be given to them or etc.

Only the members in that gang can enter the theater to practice or go for the rehearsal nights .

Yeah but the Zroom had nothing to show off but look how that ended.

Cool concept ,but what if this ends up like Z room and become a staff only gang because people will argue and say you know what the said about Z room so if this concept does happen , it should be staff only right of the bat.

I don't like restricted area stuff, just gives the gang Somthing to boast about, also there's no act skills in graal more or less saying your lines in time,

A practice stage can be made out of furniture in a house/gang house. There's no need to lock the room or stage outside of performance times. But overall I like this idea and it'd be interesting to see what people can put together. Depending on the length of the sketch maybe right before the performance the curtain can be closed for a few minutes (if that's possible) to run a final rehearsal before the performance that the actors can see, but not the audience waiting.

We won't lock the stage or main theatre, most likely we'll just encourage players to get their "act together" in their own houses or something like that.
Someone would host an events a few days later and give the players the chance to put their play on.
This would probably also involve submitting some sort of application/script to use through the email detailing the plot ect, to make sure it's possible and appropriate.

The only problem with this is you can't guarantee what the players will say. There will always be that one wise guy that would say something inappropriate and ruin it for everyone.
So what I suggest is( back story- Vendhin and snk were talking about making it a live stream screen stage) so what if the players submitted the plot line exc/ record it however you record it. The admins then watch to make sure it's appropriate it will be shown, if it isn't, it won't be shown. So instead of a live screen show it's more like a movie premiere.
Also maybe at the end of the movie people can rate the "movie" and based on the rating the players could get from 50-250G per showing.
That way people don't have to wait for ALL the players to be on except for once. Then this way it could be shown more and the players will benefit from more screen time.

Also the play writes could use multiple settings instead of just one or 2 sets,

What will most likely happen is that an administrator will view the play in a players house as a kind of "rehearsal" before hand.
There we can judge the appropriateness of the play.
As far as sets go, new ones are added easily- let us know any sets you think we could have for the theatre and we can add new environments to the stage

Yea but the staff viewing "rehearsals" still doesn't guarantee what the people will say, they could still say whatever they want. They just have to be appropriate before hand.

If someone breaks the rules or is inappropriate on stage, they will be kicked off and get a warning.

Funny if you had to kick out the main character though, Romeo and Juliet would be pretty funny without Juliet.

Z room didn't have a abusive power's well not to me. I was in it the only thing that people was bother by to me is not going to be a DJ because lets be honest most of everybody in Z room wanted to be a DJ that's why they ask to join in the first place. Its when there spamming is what result's them to a kick , Mizzy's rules in her GH which she presented everyone was no spamming , etc.. when everybody asked for a DJ rank and they did it over and over she decided to kick them ,well that's the way I see it.

Well we need ideas for small sketches .
Plus you guys think of the negative things that would happen .

I still don't understand acting on graal. Anyone can do it as there is no real skill involved.

Yes anyone can do it , not saying only certain people can.
I made a gang called iEra Theatre, seeing if we can just get a feel of it . Pm me in game if interested .

If anyone can do it equally well then why have 1 gang only doing it? Some bias or favouritism is almost certainly going to come into play.

Plus I'm still testing it out to see if it goes good not going to do anything globally or publicly .

What happens : basicly , a hold up to have the cashier drop money and then police show up and arrest the theifs .

Seems fun, I'd act.

If its gonna equal like you said then I think it would be a great idea, why not.
