Look at your final draft? It's easy to spot pillow shading.

Also stop banding.
Search the lightscource that would work out the best on your hats

You mean from exactly 0 skill to pro right? If you practice on a regular basis, chance should come sooner, but yes if u r not getting the change you want practice more

Looks too flat, fix the shading of the red part. Try to make the ball more appealing in the middle of the red. Expand the round on the top. Too small, try to make the hat a little bit bigger.
