the similar hat rule has been there
the same time as the grandfathered

So here is what happened. There was a grandfather rule. Ser was flexing his muscles showing his power obviously because he could not answer if he has refunded anyone else's head. Just simplest, meaning simplest was singled out. If simplest was the only head he refunded, that's singling out.Attachment 4701
Then after the head was deleted, admins decided no more grandfather rule, that doesn't apply anymore.
Snk knew ser was in the wrong, gave simplest money to pay him off for the hassle and then simplest clearly proved ser to be wrong so layerd took it away.
I'm not fighting for simplest, I am fighting for what's right and this whole situation has been abuse, unfair, singling simplest out for whatever reason. It's not right, just not right
I understand that the admins must back each other up, and have their back but when someone is wrong they are wrong and must fess up to it. Ser was out looking for trouble it seems like and now admins are changing rules just to protect ser. That's not right
We need to hear Ser's side of the argument. Someone tell him to post his side of the story here
Here is his side...he even says it. They deleted rules to have his back because he was in fault. He said he doesn't hate simplest, making it even more unnecessary to single him out. Also not sure why he suddenly decided to delete it after a year and I am 100% sure even Jeni has seen the head before but was fine with it. So either Jeni was wrong or ser is wrong.
:0 SNK got involved? Admins really care about glasses
So what we should do now is not the end this case until they get an approval to rechange the rules or era will forever be those unauthorized users. Not knowing how to get to work, but make a issue with everyone involving in.
Just let simplest get his head, why do you need to go all this way just to defend a certain admin member?
That's what I'm saying. It's wrong. There are clearly no glasses on era like simplest's. There are some that mystic showed that have like the same shape or something, but clearly not the same. Saying those are the same is a huge stretch and we all know that, she is just defending her friend. The glasses simplest had were an outline of glasses really. Just like a box around the eyes, so you could clearly see the eyes, which era has none of.
They clearly are changing rules and not being fair.
Also if anything ser broke the rule. There was a grandfather rule and then ser broke it. Then Jeni was like nah we not having that rule anymore. Just to defend ser. Let's just be fair people.
Just give simplest back his head. It was not right for ser to delete it and made zero sense. Everyone knows it was wrong. It's time for ser to be a man about it and fess up instead of ignoring this thread and hiding.
Let me set things straight BAW. I never said the glasses were exactly identical, I said similar. And if you actually go into that shop and click on the glasses, you will see that there are two glasses (one with and one without a mustache) that look close to what Simplest had, not identical. I'm not protecting anyone, if you read my statements above, you could tell that I said it was unfair that he had to lose his head just now even when the grandfather rule was on even though he had an illegal head, and yet others with heads with glasses had stayed. I go by uploading rules, and that's where my mind lies. I'm not on any side on this, as I agree and disagree with both sides.
Instead of showing you the actual thing you click on to see the hat before you buy it, I now have to take a picture of my person wearing the glasses so you will see that the eyes are clearly visible:

And yes, seeing how glasses are considered to be hats in era his head was illegal because of the similarity. Which is a bit confusing seeing how earrings, like you said, should be against as well because there are earrings ingame. But either way, the upload rules need more specificity (word? Idk idc xP) before deleting a head or accepting/rejecting one, because it's this kind of issue that causes a huge debate/commotion over a tiny thing. And by tiny, I mean something that should've been overlooked due to it being under the grandfather rule that now no longer exists because of it.
