Get someone to finish the projects I no longer can. I've written all of the systems, and they're just sitting there begging to be used.
Any mining updates? Battery stacking? Battery life bar? More minerals? Bonuses (Example every 5 levels you get 2% faster speed + every 10 levels you get 5% dmg reduction)?
I'd say a better trading system to trade someone right now it's packed, there's like no tables, I'd say a system like when you tap the player and press more actions there could be a button that will say (Trade Player)

I'm not sure if the idea would be accepted, I stated it earlier and it was thrown away, but it's worth a second shot.
Gang houses are good as-is, but if the server really wants to make money off of it, they'd need to implement things that regular houses just can't do. As it sits now, it's just a bigger house with a bigger player capacity. If you were to add in a system that allowed other gang members to place furniture in the gang house (To prevent loss of items in the case of being kicked, the server would need to log the furniture pieces' owners), I'm sure that more players would think that the gang house is worth buying.
Unrelated to that, I think gangs need an update as far as leadership goes. There should be a power that allows players in the gang who don't own the gang to give/take away powers. I'd also like to see a gang priority organizer (25 players fit in a gang, there are 25 ranks, #1 being the owner and #25 being the least important) that ensure checks and balances exist. Player #3 can not kick #2, regardless of whether or not they have the kick power. Player #3 can not remove powers from #2, regardless of whether or not they have the kick power. Priority would also make the dynamics of gangs tougher, allowing a leader to show players how good they are as members in real-time, motivating lower members to work harder than the top members to rank up.
