Are those nails coming from the top in the left? Make it a bit longer. It'll look more dangerous than the one you have now.

So starting to add entities in, going to have the cat saying the principle of uncertainty in the speech bubble. Fish will be animated so they bob up and down, as well as the arrow in the bubble :o Got 5 colours left, might need to start reducing them down again D:
