I get your point, but at the same point admins have to be built to listen to the community and take in their opinions/concerns/issues.

Not saying admins aren't, but they should. (A lot of admins do listen to the community, not saying all don't....)

If they go with a belief that people are toxic then they wont be missed. Being a Player relations requires a person to be open to listening. How do you be open & receptive if you think the community is toxic that is like assuming a person is guilty before the trial has started.

By the way losing meph is only the beginning. If such a community would keep that attitude we will lose more.
On another point, I don't see that bitzsam has done anything wrong. The adjustments made to the guns aren't nerfs, they are balancing, but immature kids just need to judge the admins who improve their game for free.
