So, all the current existing bases will be exclusive to under 10k hours?
& the 3 bases inside the gang fortress will be Maps we've never seen before is that correct?

How will you reward individual players not chosen by the gang leader & what are you gonna reward them with?

I'm not saying the gun nerfs caused the decline.
I'm just pointing out how insignificant the number of people sparring actually are especially considering when its supposed to be part of the main aspects of the game
I log in regularly at complex as well.
Its mostly M4s, GM4s, BAR, Vector, PBP AutoRifle & M4A3 those are just my personnel observations & experience.
Occasionally there will be the odd newbie coming in with a different gun but those are mostly one-off sparrers not the serious regulars sparring.
Its hard to gauge gun variety, because of how small the sparring population is plus it also depends on when the timeframe you're comparing it relative to.
As for accessibility to pking on the streets for newbies, it rarely involves 1v1s.
So strong guns aren't a problem there.
Maybe you could argue that its less spammy but it doesn't seem significant just based on the nature of how Pking works & is.
Current basing is still predominantly the same TOP Guns with maybe less P2ks & more PSG1s.
The new BASING SYSTEM REWORK has yet to be implemented.

Yea but what about timezone differences gangs like m2s will be strong where most EST gangs are weaker so they will have a base during their strong hours and then when they get weaker another stronger time zone oriented gang will hold the base so it will ultimately keep switching with the morning time zone gangs battling each other at their strongest and then the other time zones fighting each other at their strongest

This will not change a thing. There will always be a gang that tops the others, and even if the timing for the 2nd base is halved they will still dominate both bases. If you really want to spice things up, let there be a said amount of time for which a base is up for grabs, so that gangs will compete to own the base for as long as possible until they no longer can.

ANYWAY- On topic now, Since i beat up obs in neo,countless times theyre gonna have fun in the gang fortress.
It won’t be that easy to get members like before since fortress will only allow 1 gang no subs to enter which makes any gang in the fortress base with 25 members maximum and as we know 15 to 17 spot is usually used for perm spots which will leave 10-8 spots left as we also know they will soon reach the last milestone which is a benefit to 10k plus gangs since they have more rewards to be earned they will have more active members and better position.

Hey, Bitzsam, why the heck you added bedroom for mafia and gz? U making fort more inconvenient for forters. Is this is a part of new basing system?
It's being added for all bases helps for gangs attacking or defending.
For defenders it means a little bit of time to get set up when they take the base before the attackers start coming in.
For attackers it means when they kill a defender, the person they just killed doesn't run in and kill them back after 3 seconds when you (the attacker) is now at less health.
The changes are being made to facilitate basing in the future when there would be more gangs participating.
Also like to note that gang ally protection in bases has now been disabled.

I have a small objection since subs can deal dmg now from this moment i saw to many basers have already started to use (spamming guns) metal as main gun spamming it wouldn’t be more wisely to leave the heal duration like before i mean subs deals dmg enemies deals dmg spamming ratio going to raise up wouldn’t it be wise to have the heal duration or freeze as it is i mean that makes no sense having it nerfed because come on people will need to heal more than before unless they add more hp points .

So what's your reason for adding a freeze/duration to healing?
Personally fine with the updates made today, except for one thing. I understand that the heal room was added to delay the player, but I believe that spawning with 0hp is just overkill. The hp should either stay at 50 or be 25 at the very max. 0 is just too much and no real point.

disabling ally protection will just means wars won't be as good, but I guess thats something I can live with.
And this is why I miss the old days...
Currently, we are frozen and no able to move for almost 4 seconds when we eat food to heal. This is my idea, instead of freezing players when they eat food, players are allowed to move after heal and just longer the time to take another heal. It is really annoying to pause for 4 seconds for single heal. 4 seconds mean a lot to basers.
It's not 4 seconds it's 2 seconds. 0.07 higher than what it used to be (1.3).
I am open to reducing the heal freeze down to 1.5 if it meant adding a cooldown inbetween being able to heal.
The heal freeze was increased to stop instances where you will be in a gun fight, and one player moves away slightly and heals, with 1.3 seconds not really being enough time for you to react and chase him down without him still being on slightly higher HP than before.
Then factor in that he has allies, and it makes it really hard to finish off the kill on that person. And you can believe that with the respawn rooms being added, if the healing freeze was not increased then you'd get players running off when they're on low hp and healing up so they don't die and get sent to the spawn room.
The healing freeze is meant to be high so that players are more inclined to finish the gun fight they're in, and then go and heal as they'd basically have to be out of combat.
Thought players would prefer higher freeze when eating rather than a cool down, for instances where you might not be under attack, and want to heal to full but have to wait 10 seconds to heal up the final 6 hp until you're back to full health
Starting from 0 hp wasn't done on purpose but since it's there, will probably see what it's like for a little and if it's too bad then i'll just add respawning medkits like in neozone that you can grab as you run out of the respawn room

Not when they run away and heal, sure you might be able to shoot them 1nce just before they get out of the eating animation, but unless your gun does more than 15 damage, then they're still getting back into the fight against you with 5-6 more hp than they would have had, which would be an extra shot you'd need to kill them
Respawn rooms now have medpacks that will heal you to full HP
Did you plan anything to do with heart launcher and healing pumpkins etc? Heart launcher only heals very low hp, the blue aura is gone so the healing effect is a lot affected.
Probably not, weapons aren't scripted taking into account the blue aura effect, so really those items had been performing above their intented ability until now.
For the current gangs complaining about the ally system, just remember that this doesn't really effect you. Once the gang fort comes out and those top gangs (that are the main gangs utilising the ally system) are moved there, you won't even have any allies at all.
The ally disabling was done for the future gang that base when the current gangs are gone, don't know why there is any need to complain anyway when there aren't any gang wars, or occasions where a gang would need 25+ members as there's hardly anyone attacking bases
Plus 25+ is a bit over exaggerated most people don’t even be on and that would be very impossible... and your not even a regular player u wouldn’t know how it feels u work for snk it isn’t even your place to change era if your just a gun admin... try basing u wouldn’t last 1k+ hrs

That is a very big lie there has been gang wars and people taking bases very often it’s just that people are cowards to even try to take a base then if u want challenges and wars so much for “new gangs/players “ try lowering the gun prices and stop scamming kids out of their parents money for iTunes and google play then maybe it would be some challenges around
