Is the octopus supposed to blink? It's like appearing and disappearing

I animated the eyes, but the part in the sig thats blinking is cos i didnt put that octopus in every frame, cos its just the sig so it doesnt show in game

Oh, anyways, great graphics! :)

Octopus looks like it could be from an anime, from the way the eyes look. xP Great work on everything.
