After the hats are chosen, voted for and added in game. There isn't really a date to these things, because we don't want to just set a date, not be able to come online and let you guys wait in anticipation haha.

A simple "Your graphics won't be uploaded due to the fact that you did not send the graphic before the deadline." is better than "Disqualified." You make is sound like if you're the judge, which you are not.
