I think a quality game will shine. The item shop should make enough to keep us working full time on the gsme, adding new content and updates often.
We've run the numbers and expect to be able to keep the game running indefinitely. Server costs are dirt cheap these days.
I refuse to allow pay to win..so if the game truly makes no money with cosmetic item shop only, then I will pay to run the servers on my own or start a donation page.
