Click the Tree looking icon in the Earth (Hyperlink) section, it's called 'Insert Image'
After clicking on it, click From Computer, go the right side down corner and press Uploader and browse the image you wanted to upload.

Cheese is too dark. Brighter contrast. The still looks too plain. The bottom of the stick should be a circle not a kind of square.
