Gang hats 5+ at 5k hours

So will any changes take effect or is this a dead thread?

Well, Thot just came out so I'm assuming they have more time to come up with a better system.

What ever happen to the pk and spar reward thread that was made last year, over 40 hats, and that project was frozen?

Pretty sure it was cancelled because lots of those hats were used for new stores in the mall.
